Clayton T. Bauer, MD, PhD

Dr. Bauer is a board-certified neurosurgeon who has been working in the greater Tampa Bay region for over ten years. He has experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the brain and spine. Dr. Bauer maintains an active clinical practice in the greater Tampa Bay region with Orlando Health. In this role, he sees everything from traumatic brain injuries to low back strains. Dr. Bauer is available for Compulsory Medical Exams. He also sees workers' compensation patients as a treating provider through his clinical practice.

Jason Paluzzi, MD

Dr. Paluzzi is a board-certified neurosurgeon who has been working in the greater Tampa Bay region for over 13 years. He has had broad experience doing both cranial and spine surgery in a range of different clinical settings. In his current clinical practice, Dr. Paluzzi serves our veterans at the James A. Haley VA Hospital in addition to teaching neurosurgery resident physicians in his role as an assistant professor at University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Paluzzi is available for compulsory medical exams.

Travis Dailey, MD

Dr. Dailey is a board-certified neurosurgeon who has been working in the greater Tampa Bay region for over ten years. His clinical practice is quite broad, ranging from complex spine surgery to brain tumors to procedures used to manage epilepsy. In his clinical practice, Dr. Dailey sees patients at AdventHealth Tampa where he currently serves as the chairman of their neurosciences division. Dr. Dailey is available for compulsory medical exams.

Benjamin Streufert, MD

Dr. Streufert is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He underwent fellowship training in spine surgery at Mayo Clinic before returning to Tampa Bay. In his clinical practice, Dr. Streufert sees patients at Florida Orthopedic Institute with specific interests in adult degenerative disorders, adult deformity, minimally invasive spine surgery, motion preservation surgery (such as laminoplasty and disc replacement), and spinal trauma and tumor surgery. Dr. Streufert is available for compulsory medical exams. He also sees workers' compensation patients as a treating provider through his clinical practice.
